Ever had something just happen in your life without knowing why?
Whether it was good or bad, many people would call that the Law of Attraction at work.
While the Law of Attraction is becoming more well known, what's not as well known is how to make it happen.
This new book by author Lauren Maclauclan spells out the Law of Attraction and how to make it work.
The book provides 4 steps in putting the Law of Attraction into action. There is a chapter on more tools to help get what you want, relationships, health and money.
One chapter speaks about self discipline and habits which is an important part of achieving what one wants.
The chapter on health is particularly interesting to those interested in natural health.
"To have health instead of illness, you must think about health. When your body is sick, it is easier to notice the sickness, so it requires desire, focus and a willingness to look beyond what is happening right now. By imagining a healthy body in the future, or by remembering a time when you were healthier, your though, in the moment, will match your desire, and you will then be allowing an improvement in your condition. The key is to reach for thoughts that make you feel better."
One section that I particularly like in this book are the excerpts of Lauren's newsletter from the Law of Attraction Training Room. Her stories about her experiences with the Law of Attraction make it alive and more real.
